다들 오아시스 재결합을 원할 때였지만, 난 오히려 비디아이 색깔의 노래를 볼 수 있어서 좋았음. 물론 금방 해체한게 좀 아쉽긴하지만 요즘 리암 솔로도 보면 전성기때 목소리로 많이 회복한 것 같고.. 리암뿐아니라 노엘도 따로 하플버 활동하면서 나온 노래도 신선하고 좋아서 오아시스 해체가 마냥 아쉽지만은 않다.

Fantastic song, better than most tracks on the album itself. I can see why they didn't put it on there though, doesn't really fit anywhere.

It's weird - the second album in particular wasn't bad at all - in fact it was some of the most imaginative stuff these guys had done in years, and yet it just didn't take off at all. Not sure why - terrible name, obvs...and the first album was pretty retro (in a way that just wasn't fashionable) but the second one rocked (esp Soul Love and flick of the finger). And everyone slagged off his voice during this period but this sounds sharp...so not really sure what happened with this project...

Since I’m back here I may as well say something I find interesting. There are two live performances of Four Letter Word that I like, the Zane Lowe BBC Radio one and this one. Zane Lowe because it’s the song done proper and with Liam bringing his best voice onto it, and this one because it really makes me think about Liam’s live voice. I’ve noticed his live voice is quite different to his album one, though sometimes he can bring his album voice live. That being said, I think his live voice is very interesting and that it could be explored more. Though usually his live voice is utter shit, this is the only performance I’ve heard where there was nothing really wrong with his vocal performance, not a note was wavered, out of tune, or cut off in an unsatisfying way, and really shows how that live voice can be harnessed. Or maybe I’m just schizophrenic.
